Skyline Report: Office Space Vacancy Rate Hits All-Time Low

The vacancy rate for office space in northwest Arkansas hit an all-time low of 8.4 percent in the second half of 2018, down from 9.1 percent in the first half of 2018, according to Arvest Bank's latest Skyline Report.
