An affiliate of Spirit Realty Capital in Dallas purchased the 12,258-SF Golden Corral at 5001 Warden Road in North Little Rock for $3.58 million and the 6,971-SF Twin Peaks at 10 Shackleford Drive in Little Rock for $2.79 million.
